Looking for a new job after 16+ years, and in the middle of a global pandemic, was a little daunting. I needn’t have worried too much though as Matt was there to support me all the way!
He took time out to understand my CV and capabilities, and also to ensure I was a suitable candidate for the role he was advertising (which a lot of agencies do not do).

There are many recruitment companies to choose from, but they are not all created equal! I have had the pleasure of working with Janet and Matt from Marmion for over 3 years, recruiting 6 members of staff. My business is a complex, disruptive business which meant that Marmion had to fully understand what we do and how we do it before they could even begin to write job specs etc - they each committed personally to get to know our business, ethos, vision and mission - they spent time with my current staff as well, getting to know our business warts and all! This was time well spent, and gave us a very successful recruitment process which has definitely added value to our business.

But their commitment to working with us didn't stop there. They have a wealth of additional knowledge; HR, Personality Profiling etc that for a smaller business like mine is invaluable.
