Worst Service with 99.9% downtime and no support at all. Database doesn't get connected smoothly and sometimes not at all. Support team is very rude and a real bad experience.

It was a great experience working with Hosting Raja as i , having no knowledge of website building was able to make a website for me with the help of support(Awani madam) from hosting raja.

I m happy with service given by this company. i m associated with them from last 3 years. as a fresher they provided me good back end support. happy to have such company. Just one suggestion can u again start Tech Support on chat because ticket system is bit confusing n slow.

Awesome service.
At first was frustrated due the slowness of the responds but all worked out.
The only thing I am not happy with is the call reps, they somehow always mistake what you need when you call them, a better command over English will be great though.
Been with Hosting Raja for more than 4 years now

"Worst Technical Team"

Worst technical team. You ask your query and they reply you to upgrade to vps service. They don't support in shared & reseller hosting.
In a month you have to raise min of 5 tickets. It'll not be resolved.
They keep ports blocked.

I even referred my friend but now I regret as he also facing same problem. And now we have shift our sites.
