Their support is useless, they try anything to get you to spend more money instead of fixing your issues.
Please guys do not use their network use something like Giffgaff or ID mobile for much better prices, service and most importantly support when you have an issue!!!!!
EDIT: your replied claiming you have tried to reach out many times so that people can have a better opinion on you but as you know its not true! You reached out once yesterday and when I tried to ask questions or speak, some one named mubashir from your company would not let me even speak and kept claiming I had another account even though I tried to explain how this was not physically possible!!! Please release the call recording unless you have something to hide. I give my consent.
UPDATE 2: They have requested trustpilot to contact me to remove my review which I have denied! Do the right thing and become a company people need and want!

They keep taking random sums of
money from my bank account at 1AM and 2AM. Because i wouldn’t let them do this, they then cut off my service. I attempted to contact 111 for symptoms I was concerned about, but they apparently don’t care about health, as they had cut me off from this too! I ended up having a seizure and will be taking legal action should my health be permanently affected by their poor payment system. This is the third time I’ve had to contact them regarding this now and every time they do basically nothing. Each time they just say ‘we’re in the process of changing our payment method so please just stick by us until it works’ news flash IT DOESN’T WORK. I’ve ordered a vodafone sim. Good business model, terribly ran, owned and staffed. Data service is also shit.

I registered with this company and got a new eSIM and I asked to keep my old phone number after that I changed my phone when I asked for a new qr code to reactivate my number they sent me email with new qr code after 4 days waiting and they said please be aware this e sim will have a different number just until your old number moves across from your old sim. This should only take a day, after that my old number has gone I tried to contact customer service more than once in the last call they said we can’t find your phone number in the system, it’s really very frustrating and I don’t understand how they can do this shit things
