I purchased some products and paid 2654 through Phonepe. But still my order column shows empty. And the website is requesting to checkout at cart. I have several times logged out and logged in. But no result. There is a WhatsApp number. Messaged. But there there is one tick. I have tried to send message through 'contact us'. But couldn't able to send as there is something wrong. From the 'about us' I came to know that it is old store at Bangalore. Hopefully they will not cheat. They are trying to get business pan India. But there online sale back office and website developer are not strong enough. Hopefully the management will resolve my problem. It is very embarassing to spend time writing review, mails, WhatsApp msg etc. after a small purchase. Very bad experience.

your packaging and labelling department is terrible. the first order, the labelling was very bad and it was very difficult to understand/differentiate between base, matt and glossy products.
in the 2nd order no 5685, to avoid this confusion, i decided to order them in separate consignments. however my oredr of 4 x 1kg sealers came in one packaging of 4 kg, when i specifically asked them to be in 4 packaging.
no one answers the no 9036092531. have sent a mail. lets see the response time.
i have also another 2 orders pending no 5692 - C and 5692. i would like them all to be in individual 1 kg / 1 lt packaging
