"Disappointing beef chews"

I’ve ordered quite a few things for my dog since late last year. He particularly enjoyed the natural beef skin chews. We started with the long ones that come in a variety of shapes and were about 30cm long. They lasted my dog sometimes around an hour at a time, which was good all round.
I ordered the half size thinking these would be useful for shorter time slots, but these were different. They are flat and look like 15cm rulers. My dog wasn’t interested in them. They now fill a space in the cupboard.
Over Christmas I ordered more of the long beef chews, they were on offer, great. Just ordered another pack plus other chews, but the long beef ate now flat like 30cm rulers and my dog won’t look at them. More cupboard space filled.
This is disappointing as something has obviously changed. They’re not just flat versions of the mis-shapen ones.
Now looking for another outlet with similar chews to original.
These all may be fine for other dogs so people should give them a try. The company is very efficient with orders and delivery. Just wish they hadn’t changed their chews.

The products seem very good but I'm really annoyed that as soon as I placed my order the company spammed me via WhatsApp. There was no way of stopping these unwanted messages - just an instruction to visit the website. So I had to block the number and delete. A horrible invasion of privacy.

My dogs love the pig and sow ears. The sow ears provide a lasting treat for my Golden Retriever and the pig ones for my Sprocker Spaniel. Good quality at a good price.
