This is our first time to have pins made. The process to design the pins and communicate was very quick and smooth. The pins were manufactured in a timely manner. When we received them they weren’t quite what we thought. They were smaller than we thought and hard to read. That being said, we will order again but do a better job with the design. It might be helpful in the future to have a sample shipped to us so we have a better idea of what we are getting.
