I bought 5 products online (order no. 12000207132) with 72 hours delivery on the 18/4/2024, knowing that I will be on holidays, I wanted to take some of the products with me. I received a parcel more than a week late on the 29/4, which eventually had to be picked up by someone else, and when I got home I found that it had 4 products instead of 5. My email to customer service on 5/5 was answered by a reply that they were not available. I have had virtually no response in nearly two weeks.

EDITED: After my review here, the company contacted me and corrected the error by sending the missing product. Sadly, they did not respond to my earlier email, so unfortunately I am left with the feeling that customer service is not really working, to say the least.

Péssima, são folgados e demoram muito há responder!! Me enviaram um pedido sem colocar os dados corretos para a entrega e como se eu fosse importadora e não cliente, recusei a encomenda por causa da taxa arduria excessiva e eles só reembolsarma meu dinheiro quase 4 meses depois, e isso por que fiquei correndo atrás e só devolveram apenas um valor parcial, ficando com mais de 40 reais meu dizendo que os custo pela devolução eram meus por ter recusado as taxas e ainda respondem que isso é devido aos termos e regras de condições deles, mas enfim a lei do consumidor está acima de qualquer regrinha. não recomendo péssimos e atendimento horrível

Não consigo contatar a empresa, meu produto não foi entregue, foi um total de 30 euros, os e-mails são respondidos automaticamente e parecem falso. Serviço péssimo.
