WE HAD OUR CARPETS CLEANED BY G FRIED. THE CARPETS LOOK SO MUCH BETTER NOW. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB. THIS IS AN OFFICE WITH BEIGE CARPET, WHICH IS A HARD TO KEEP CLEAN. THEY CAME IN AND MOVED THINGS AND WORKED QUICKLY AND QUIETLY. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

The work that I had done with G. Fried was accomplished very quickly and with expertise. The carpet installers cleaned up thoroughly after removal of the old stair runner and the new runner was installed and matched perfectly.

"HORRIBLE!!!!"

Chris from G. Fried called to set up installation of my carpeting. I was told the installers would arrive at approx. 11 A.M. At 1P.M I called Chris to see where the installers were. He told me they would arrive soon. At 3P.M. still no installers, so I called Chris for the third time and he said there on the way. LOL they finally arrived at 4:30P.M. and installed one small bedroom of carpet and the installer said they would return the next day some time in the late afternoon to do more work. I called Chris and told him I needed the men to come earlier do to the fact I had 2 more large rooms to be carpeted and stairs to be done which takes a lot of time. He assured me the installers would arrive at 10A.M. Surprise! At 12P.M.still no installers so I called my salesmen this time who was great with the sale(Roy) and he called me right back and assured me the installers would be there at 1P.M. and they did arrive at that time but did not seem to happy because they had to skip a job to come to do mine. Imagine if I did not call, they would have come by me in the late afternoon and not have finished the job. Not impressed at all with the way things went so BE CAREFUL using G. FRIED CARPET!!!!!

Sam does what he says he's going to do. He was able to special-order the specific carpet we wanted, and get it installed before a big celebration we were having, unlike several others we had contacted first.

I received wonderful help in making a difficult color selection. And once the carpet was ordered I needed to postpone delivery and installation for an extended period of time. This arrangement was never a problem for G Fried. They were most considerate and understanding. When the install day finally arrived the men could not have been more professional. My home was treated with respect and the carpet was perfectly installed. The men also helped return some furniture to the room.
So I was Fried from all worries as everything was perfect.
