Went to Uttoxeter branch for plumbing bits. Staff there are always very helpful but today, Ryan Hughes was particularly helpful, going well beyond what might have been expected. He even contacted Technical Services of a manufacturer to check specifications of one of their products. I’ll certainly be using Tippers as my #1 supplier in the future.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. As a novice builder (building a chicken pen) and female, I was a little apprehensive about going to tippers. My apprehension was put to ease and I really didn’t have anything to worry about. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I was helped in choosing which wood to buy, given extra ideas and advice on drainage. The wood was then carried to my car. I couldn’t have asked for a better service. Thank you.
