"What an amazing concept"

What an amazing concept, we had our bags picked up from our home and delivered directly to the hotel hassle free. It was great to enter the airport and head straight to the bar in the departure lounge. It was actually cheaper to go through Bagsahead rather than put our bags through the airline company. Will definitely use this service again.

"Golf clubs shipped and received!!"

We used bagsahead for our recent holiday to Orlando, Florida to transport 2 sets of golf clubs. I cannot fault the service whatsoever and it actually worked out cheaper than paying the extra airline costs and having to upgrade the hire car to accommodate the club's. On arriving at our hotel in international drive we found the golf clubs ready and waiting. Thanks to all at bagsahead for ensuring my journey was stress free.

The driver was a little later than I was advised but the call centre were really helpful.
This service made holiday with little one so much easier as I sent nappies, formula milk ahead - easing the load on the day.

Being of the older generation it was becoming increasingly difficult for us to handle our luggage ourselves. Bagsahead have taken all the stress out of our holiday arrangements, they provide a GREAT service, Luggage was well looked after and the customer service was fantastic. Will definitely use again.
