Arrived in time in to Heathrow from Jersey then unfortunately our bag got lost! Whilst waiting in the baggage area we let our driver know and almost 1 hour later our luggage arrived. The driver was calm and patient when we found him on the other side of the arrivals hall. He was very attentive and friendly throughout the journey, he made some nice recommendations and opened the door for me as we arrived at the hotel.
