I did decide to not go ahead and book this trip due to delaying it for a later date but Dylan was very understanding and not pushy. Will defo go back to Dylan for future bookings :)

I thought I was contacting one of your employees, Dylan, when I contacted Bayfinch Holidays after receiving a suggestion from a friend of one of your agents to assist with trip planning. Dylan went out of his way to help me with all the planning even though it was his day off. His patience was greatly appreciated because I am traveling with my kids and needed all the help I could get.
