Ive never worn a weighted vest before but will start doing so by carrying an additional 23kg to the gym and back 3-4 times a week (approx 3 miles round trip)

As a weighted vest newby the product itself seems of high quality and will need to report back after a few weeks if using it brings benefit - worth trying
