"Misleading Refund Policy – Out of Pocket with No Response"

I ordered two perfumes but changed my mind about one. After emailing the company to confirm their refund policy, they instructed me to return the item in its original packaging. I covered the return shipping cost myself, but after weeks with no update, I followed up—only to be told the refund was denied because the plastic wrap was removed. The product was still brand new and unused, yet now I’m out $17 for return shipping on top of the perfume cost, and they’re not even responding to my emails. Feels like a scam.

Didn't receive my order, paid extra for express, got an email expressing how sorry they were and would send another, but weeks have passed and still nothing, be very cautious when thinking about ordering from this place very sad they treat customers like this let alone other muslim.

I ordered perfume from them, the send me another one, 30% cheapper.
They advertised old version of perfume that hard to find, with high price tag, but sending new cheap version.

I decided to return it but as I didn't have time to go to post-office suggested the to refund me $25 dirrerent with price in other stores.
For them refund me shipping cost and pay for for return would be like $20.
And response was very rude and not acceptable.
After reading this reviews and dealing with them, I am not sure, I want to return this item, I am afreid, I may not get any refund at all.

Some are authentic / some not. Best to avoid.
I tried to return some books once I found out they’re not authentic and not what is described in description. Been chasing them a month and no reply after “what’s your order number”.

This is a fraud company, they take your order but you do not receive your order until weeks later and when the order finally arrives, half of the things you ordered are missing. There is no customer service. They do not respond to emails or answer phone calls. They are a scam company so avoid at all cost!

Absolutely non existing customer service, I have tried to contact them, 6 emails, social media, phone call, via the ‘contact us’, absolutely impossible to get hold off. Books took ages to turn up and were wrong, do not order from here, shocking.

I want to share my recent experience with Darussalamstore.com, where I ordered "The Noble Qur'an H80001." Unfortunately, it has been a disappointing and frustrating ordeal.
