"Fast, efficient service and excellent price"
Nevada Music were helpful and competitive in price for Gibson SG 2015 Standard. I'm well over 300 miles from the store. Order was placed just before midday. Immediate response confirming order and despatch details a couple of hours later with ParcelForce tracking ref. The item arrived the following day. Very pleased with the guitar and service and very happy to recommend.

"Excellent help from the staff great knowledge of the product"
The boss pedal has opened up the sounds of my ss amp, even though not tube driven it sounds superb to me. Recommended for any one looking for moderate distortion / overdrive in a very robust cost effective foot switch.

"Perfect experience !"
Bought a guitar online in time for Christmas (only ordered 3 days before!). Item was priced very, very well (and wasn't discounted after Christmas which was a relief!).
Well packaged.
Absolutely no problem recommending this shop. Returned online to buy a case in January Sale.

"Pray that you don't need to return anything!!"
On December 22nd I ordered an Epiphone EJ200SCE guitar, priced well at £279 including a gigbag. I'm a professional musician with a large guitar collection, so I knew what to expect at this price point, but it was a Christmas present for my son.
The guitar arrived next day at 4.06pm, and on unpacking, I saw that the bridge was lifting and that the polish around the bridge was lifting with it - really poor workmanship that should have been noticed before despatch.
At 4.10pm I phoned Nevada and after explaining the situation, and that it was a Christmas present, I was told in no uncertain terms that I had to use the online returns process. I have had a similar experience with Guitar Guitar, who sent out a replacement the same day!! At 4.18pm I completed the online returns process which informed me that someone would be in touch within 1 to 2 working days.
I called Nevada again on the 24th but was told to wait for someone to get in touch.
I then had to go out and attempt to source another guitar on Christmas Eve, which I really didn't have time to do. Suffice to say, Christmas didn't live up to expectations!
I called Nevada again on the morning of Monday 28th and was told the returns department were on holiday.
At 2.59pm on Tuesday 29th I received a message asking for photos of the parcel to be collected. I sent them and informed Nevada there were two parcels to collect. I was then told to unpack both parcels and put the guitar in the gigbag, then repack. I taped them together instead - another 4 emails and 4 photographs.
The guitar was eventually collected on Monday 4th January and delivered to Nevada at 10.25 on Wednesday 6th. When I emailed Nevada at 3.38pm, I was told it hadn't been returned yet but might be delivered that afternoon.
After emailing the proof of delivery, I was told it was with a different department who would be dealing with it now.
This morning, I sent an email asking for some kind of explanation, and was informed that the person who had started to deal with the return yesterday was off today, so it hadn't been done.
This afternoon, after 2 weeks (admittedly over the Christmas period but that is not an excuse for ineptitude), 3 phone calls, 10 emails, numerous photographs and a good deal of inconvenience and stress, I finally received a (solicited) apology and refund. The emailed apology said "this isn't how we deal with issues at Nevada". Unfortunately, it is, because they did.
There are many good retailers doing good business online, and I suggest you use one of them and avoid this company.
