We used square grapes for our wedding reception, got it delivered to the venue on the day, all smoothly. Their Carmel selected are my absolute favourite wine, and here you can get it for a good price, so we are returning costumers, never disappointed.

Squaregrapes advertised a premium wine which a paid for but sent the cheaper version
The wine was dumped by the roadside
Slow to respond emails/phone calls
Some free wine to make up the price difference was being discussed but Squaregrapes sent out what they fancied rather that what I wanted
This wine didn’t cover the price difference
After I pointed out their error they left the premium wine on the website saying sold out…..
Very poor service
The “free” wine sent as a “goodwill” gesture was sent in the midst of emails about what would be fair recompense
I thought we were discussing what would be fair exchange to save shipping the original wine back ( I expected to arrange!)
Squaregrapes say they had the premium previously at £49 & that this wine at c £33.75 was good value….
BBR had the premium on at £38 last year & I bought the “standard “ at £22 (not £33!) last year
Not good value…..
Squaregrapes reply is that I was expecting a free case of wine
How rude!
I think paying 50% over what I’d paid before & being sent the wrong wine is insulting!

I appreciated delivery drivers are in short supply but your website is still saying next day delivery.
