I bought a rxed guillotine squat rack from Frank. Frank was extremely helpful. It was also helpful to see the floor model. I had several questions and was going back and forth with Frank few days before i bought it. He was patient enough.

He also matched the only price i saw.

I'll take one star off because i think their delivery charge (even though i didnt use them) was a lot for a local delivery. It was $100 within 30 miles. Maybe that's normal but i thought it was a lot.

There was a little "friction" when I decided to return some new/unused stuff after my first time there (I didn't realize they had a no return policy)… but other than that I've not only had a good experience with this place, I've looked forward to going there and seeing the people. It's a good group of people who will take care of you. I can't say that for other businesses similar to Carolina Fitness that I've been to in North Carolina. I highly recommend this place.
