Had a few problems with our boiler and had been in touch. Initially there were a few communication problems and David didn’t arrive when we thought. However he quickly remedied this and came out and fixed the problem for us.

This is the second time that I have used David Wells Heating and Plumbing (re my lovely old boiler, which is coming to the end of its days) and I have been so impressed by them. The whole process from contacting them to them coming out is brilliant. They email you to let you know you have booked, they ring you to tell you when they are going to be with you and they arrive on time. Elliot and Dominic came into the house wearing masks and they put down sheeting to protect my floors. Both my husband and myself found them to be polite, professional and friendly. Elliot explained everything we wanted to know; seemed to have a genuine interest in our boiler and gave sound advice re our options for the future (no sales pitch). I cannot fault them and I would recommend them to anyone. It is nice to find a company that still provides this level of service.
