I’m really disappointed in this group - I signed up to a free dm masterclass and recieved one email from a different email address to sign in and not a single email again to show that I’d be charged. I’ve just been charged a large fee for something I didn’t even get to log into, as the random email with a different name(not Carrie) it came from went to spam and I didn’t receive any other emails. I then get told too bad; you signed up to a trial not our problem - even when they could see I hadn’t signed in and used the service.
Getting people into your memberships in underhanded ways is very disappointing and you need to have more transparency in what you’re signing people up to when it’s a free offer, even if it’s a ‘trial’ as you didn’t even specify what the costs of that trial were, aswell as communications after that fact so people have the opportunity to cancel the trial.
Very very disappointing and the fee that’s been taken from my account is exorbitant and money I don’t even have to spend.
