The renewal with adjustments to policy is done very efficiently each year. I particularly like the ease of which I can add a equipment onto the policy for short periods of time at short notice.

Diane was incredible, even though I had a rather complex request due to travel arrangements but she spent numerous emails and calls going back and forth to help me get the right setup. If you need equipment insurance then definitely contact them as they really go above and beyond to help.
