"Rip off company"

Ordered may 10th 2022 uc roots and power si $236.15 CAD waited for months for product to come in never did so I wanted to cancel my order and they wanted my bank info for a wire transfer when I paid with my visa , this is what they said to me Hello Jeffery,

Just spoke with our sales manager and I am very sorry to inform you of this but the refund gateway has expired since we changed banks. The only way we can process your refund now is through a wire transfer. If you could please provide us with a copy of a voided check, (full name, address, bank name, bank transit number, bank account number) we will send your full refund as soon as possible……..never got my money back
