My first time rented car in KK and it was really a nice experience. The person in charge is very friendly and helpful, also polite, sharing other information about the foods too. Car condition is good and clean.

We rented good condition car Perodua Axia for only one day. Good service by sending car to the BKI airport after midnight with minimal charge only. Instant refund of car deposit when returning the car. Thanks.

We rented 2 different cars (Avanza & Vios) on 2 different days & the 1 car was a last-minute rent - Best Borneo was really accommodating to us despite the fact. They're really friendly and offered various options when I was enquiring, and the enquiry/booking process was really systematic, so no details get left out. Cars were in good condition and clean too, so it was a comfortable ride throughout. I would rent from Best Borneo again the next time I'm in Sabah.

From the point of initial contact, their response had been fast (a couple of hours), much faster, if via WhatsApp.

Collection of vehicle at the airport is a breeze. Just WhatsApp them that you had arrived and they will guide you.

Similarly, when returning the vehicle, I personally would inform them, giving 30 min to 1 hour head up. I believe this is fair in giving time to arrange for their staff to be there to collect and inspect the vehicle.

Their vehicle, my first experience with them was in 2017. When I rented a Toyota Hiace with them. Vehicle was clean, and vehicle condition was clean and neat. Perfect score here! Even the tyres were good ( not worn out ).

My 2nd experience was in early Nov 2022. As expected, everything was smooth. This time was a Toyota Innova. Again it was good and a perfect score.

Overall their service had been excellent and I would rent from them again on my next visit, for sure.

1. Good experience while dealing with Sanil. Quick in his action in finding a replacement car when car booked online not available.
2. On time car delivery by Sanil at arrival terminal. Excellent!
3. Car handed ober in not so clean condition both outside n inside esp at front seats.
4. Car making sound while driving possibly due to bearing failure or uneven tyre thread. Very irritating.
