"Was sent the wrong item"
Was sent the wrong item, emailed them they said they had the correct one in stock and to return the wrong one, wouldn’t of had enough time to do this as it was for a gift so requested the £5 difference to be refunded to me (as the item I received was cheaper) was told he would refund, chased 3 times still nothing

Returned a bracelet as if was too small and had phoned to request a refund. This didn't seem to be an issue but I returned it on 5th Nov "signed for" delivery and still haven't received the refund (18th Nov). No response to email either. Recommend thst you avoid this company.
