I ran into an issue with my 20L vanity case the case doesn’t sit securely on top of the larger suitcase, the strap is quite flimsy, and the off-centre handle makes it uncomfortable to carry. Unfortunately, I wouldn't purchase this particular item again. However, I was very impressed with Cabin Max’s approach and customer service. I reached out to them and they resolved the issue quickly and professionally. Thank you for the excellent support!

No issues. Though I’ve yet to use this case.
I bought it as I wanted to take the strain out of shoulders with other bags I used when travelling.
This seemed to be a great idea and a good price.

I’m delighted with my purchase - a small cabin case for EasyJet. It had everything I wanted (rucksack straps, wheels and plenty of space!). I’m so happy with it I intend to buy another! Cases are not expensive either!
