I needed a couple of large items of furniture moving into my mother's carehome. Communication was polite,friendly and responsive, the service was efficient, reliable, and carried out with care. The price was very reasonable. Highly recommended. Moving an elderly parent into a care home is stressful, so a stress-free efficient removal service was very valuable.

I'm a 72 years old pensioner, bedbound in a care home after a stroke. I moved from a care home in York to one in Whitley Bay on 28 Feb 2024 to be nearer my daughter and needed a 'white-van-man' service to move my room's possessions eg fridge, large 55 inch TV, chest of drawer and 5 cardboard boxes of smaller possessions which they packed and unpacked in less than 2 hours. I have rated this company 5 stars because they filled the bill completely, were easily contactable by mobile and email and coped with my many changes of care home (I changed delivery addresse.several times). Well worth a written quote via email.

Ralph and his team were responsive and professional when recently moving 2 pieces of very expensive medical equipment to hospitals in the Yorkshire area. From the initial contact to the final drop off, he was in contact and send pictures of the pick up and drop off. The products were very well packaged and secured (thankfully!!) well within the removals van. I'd have no hesitation in recommending Ralph and his team to anyone wanting to use his service.
