Cold called my mum and changed her energy (bundled in with SIM) - my mum didn't really understand what she was signing up for (she had only recently changed her energy to a good deal) and the SIM was going to cost her double what she was already paying. I complained to UW and they investigated it but apparently Utility Discount are allowed to cold call (even if someone is registered with the telephone preference service - as my mum is).
