All has been good except that they have a couple of new people on the customer service team who take a bit longer to respond than I’m used to. I had to wait for 3 minutes till they checked my order to say the writer was working on it. Not that bad but could be better. Have been a returning client for 3 years.

For some reason, I could not use the discount sent to me in the email. when I texted their customer service they told me the email coupon had expired so they had to give me a new coupon in return.

I also ordered a plagiarism report in addition to the paper because, you know, you have to be 100% sure you’re not getting kicked out of college for doing this. So, I submitted the paper to my college and received 89% and no plagiarism. So relieving!!!!! Probably will order more
