"Terrible company"

Terrible company. The food arrives slightly defrosted as the packing is not good. First order said it will take 2/3 days it took a week! I emailed twice asking where is my order and they emailed back saying they’re busy. The next order again took again a week, I then got into a routine and deliveries were always 6 days then one day I received it within 2 days. Had to try and find room in the freezer! I never got an email to give me an idea of day for delivery until the day it’s out for delivery! This time they took my order and money then I had an email over 48 hours later to say I have a refund. I emailed them asking why and they’ve changed couriers and they don’t deliver to my area anymore?
Surely they’d send mine out as a last order rather leave me in this situation?
Refund can take up to 6 days! Raw food is expensive! Now I’ve got to find somewhere and pay for it before my dog runs out! Shame on this company!!

Horrific customer service, awful quality product and 0 regard for its custom. Order came defrosted and apparently that’s not their problem, refused a refund for the entire order

New company taken over and unfortunately I’ve had nothing but trouble. They will not take card payments over the phone anymore which makes it difficult for me. I was Promised delivery and it never turned up. I’m disabled and can’t leave the house. I have now run out of dog food but not to worry, I’ve found a better supplier!

"Liars"

Absolutely terrible , I changed suppliers because I was told I would be able to get the same dog food every week , on a least 3 occasions now , been let down , be told run out or delivery is late or hadn’t turned up . My dogs don’t know if they’re coming or going with different foods every week , constantly having upset stomach’s from chopping and changing every month .
Don’t promise things if you can’t deliver .
Wouldn’t recommend, and never going back .

Really good quality food for dogs. Excellent friendly and helpful advice given. My dogs have the raw food and it shows in their coats and health. We are always getting compliments on our 3 dogs! Highly recommend the shop!
