Terrible experience. The site is a scam. Avoid if possible.

I have used them in the pass and loved it, so naturally when I needed to add my transparent logo to pics and videos, I looked them up and hope they still operating, and got the yearly finally and must have forgotten how the video upload worked and that triggered panic, I thought the video wasn't working and when on to PayPal to file a dispute and saw their email at support at watermark.ws and messaged them, I kid you not , I got a response within 30mins or less, pleasantly surprised and I had to come and give a positive review. I'm delighted to be able to upload bulk and add logo it makes my work so much easier and looks professional online, it's worth the $50 per year if your always adding images, I would love if they added mute and trim for us:) Well I am happy, and Lord knows it's not easy for that to happen:) #Blessup

"Terrible product"

Terrible product. Hit or miss, it can work great and then suddenly take hours to download or process a video project. It's awful. And I have the premium package.

This used to work really well. However, for some odd reasons the site is down and no response from the company's management. Does anyone know what's going on with the company?

it was working well, but the website down, does anyone know why? and what are the other options to give the same service?

"Website down without notice"

Would appreciate if they told their customers when the website would be down. As of today April 20th, 2021, the website is down and I cannot finish a project

"Yearly subscription scam"

Purchased year subscription in July of 2020. Today a charge for monthly subscription came through on my credit card even though I still have 5 months left on my year subscription. The support link on the website is disabled.

when i tried to finish the 2 second clip, it didnt process it. the support team takes hours to reply, terrible site dont recommend

"This program did not work .it did not…"

This program did not work .it did not place a watermark on my video even for the 30 second allotment in the free demo. It probably would have worked if I bout in the premium service,which I would shoulder the finanical risk to actually see it work. will post more on Friday June fitfh. the video was 2020-05-25-12513.webm. the water mark was placed in upper right hand corner of frame "ASAG CAM CGYC" whic did not show on the 30 second allotment of the free plan when I downloaded it.
