Wow! I get it. You have doubts.  Too good to be true. It's not. Jeff is the best. He saved my sanity. He & his team are brilliant at what they do. Never for a minute think that what they provide is anything less than stellar full service.
I am in my 70's & have sold at least a half dozen homes over the years. So I can say they were good, not because this was a smooth, easy process,  but because it wasn't.
Much of it was on me. I broke my knee so had to pull the house off the market til I could move again.  I adopted a covid pup who surprised me with 7 more puppies so I couldn't show my house because it reeked of puppy. Then I seemed to draw in every fruitloop buyer out there.
Happy to say I neither shot myself nor any buyers or puppies although that was mostly due to Jeff's calm, steady good humor.
Can't go wrong with these guys. I would say this is the best way to go, but I now, truly believe, it is the only way to go.
