Ridiculously long shipping experience. The quote given before and during checkout was only a few days. However, it is not divulged that it could take weeks until after your order is made. They are still using COVID as an excuse for the delays, which is ridiculous since it’s been years. I would have bought the case elsewhere, used, or just bought a different case altogether had they been transparent and upfront about their shipping delays.

"The product arrived in great time and…"
The product arrived in great time and seems sturdy and we look forward to my son receiving and using it for Christmas. We'll have to write another review then. Feedback is; the thin transparent protective sheet that goes over the screen are very delicate and so tedious to apply because they get air bubbles in it after just one attempt. I think there might be another solution to this? Luckily we had sheet B to apply (the extra).

Couldn't buy this product from a retailer in Australia so purchased directly from the Pure Sense website. Arrived to our address in Australia via FedEx in three days, that is better than the time most Australian retailers can deliver in. We have had the product before, this was a new case for a new iPad. It is a great product for kids and Im not aware of an equivalent product with any other manufacturer.

I ordered a case which wasn't even dispatched within stated delivery time. No contact to let me know what was happening; I had to chase them. When I got a reply from them they blamed Chinese new year (nothing mentioned about this at time of order) and offered to refund half the purchase price. That hasn't happened and my emails aren't being responded to. I explained that the case was for a child with severe SEN and that the delay was really detrimental for them, and there was no apology about that.
Absolutely dreadful customer service.

Great product and price. Unfortunately, the case did not fit our iPad. Apparently I did not know the generation ours was…. My error as it is stated in the description.
However, sent an email for a refund and response was within minutes, super responsive and refund issued immediately. 100% will order again when I get a newer iPad.
