The debt relief this place offers is a bad deal. The contract they use is terrible. They guarantee nothing. They are charging the customer a feee of 25% of their current debt to try to settle debts with creditors.

what happens is you stop pay your creditors and start paying SecureOne. They take 25% of what you pay them for themselves and the rest goes into an escrot account. When the amount in the account is enough, they try to get you creditors to settle your defaulted debt for a lesser amount.

So immediately upon starting this program your credit rating goes into the toilet and the amount you owe skyrockets as your creditors start charging late fees and then dleinquency fees.

SecureOne may tell you that this will not be reported to your credit record but their contract warns that is exactly what will happen.

The sales people for this program use vague and deceptive language to let you think something different is happening but what you're doing here is defaulting on your debts and hiring a lawyer to negotiate for you, hoping that your creditors will accept a lesser amount rather than get nothing as you spiral toward bankruptcy.

read the contract before signing. this place guarantees nothing. you pay them and you take your chances. this is only useful in the most desperate of situations.
