"Its not all ROSY but I'm still here"

Well, I do have a lot to say and believe me, it was not rosy.

Both the communication part and the delay.

At some point, I understood after getting in touch with the management that it was a bit out of their control as their banking partners were at fault.

But of recent, the customer support team were very helpful in helping me out.

Let's just say I'm still believing and choosing to believe in them to deliver fully on their promise.
