From the minute I walked into the showroom, I was given 5* treatment. When my own car decided to go pow, explained the situation to P, asked when my car would be delivered, couldn't tell me exact date, so haggled a bit, looked at the stock, changed my colour and that car was in showroom, and got it 7days later. It pays to talk lol
