Matthew was great and went above and beyond at every turn.
He arrived punctually on both days exactly as scheduled, worked efficiently despite obvious difficulties in the work, not to mention the 7 flights of stairs and perhaps most importantly finished to job to a high standard cleaning up well afterwards.
In addition he was lovely in himself and even fixed a rattling washing machine which had been bothering me and my partner for months.
Couldn't be happier thank you very much.

Had a boiler checked recently by Toby and he advised to change some parts. The timing of the visit was arranged for the suitable time within days and times required and arrival was always spot on at the agreed time. The parts were delivered quickly and he was able to resolve issues quickly and within couple of days of the first check. Pleasant manner, courteous and excellent workmanship. Would definitely use again and recommended them already to my neighbours.

Paul came to remove and replace radiator in our front room. Did an excellent job. Was clean and tidy and gave good advice on how to keep radiators in good condition. We highly reccomend and would use Maintracts again.

Two excellent jobs were delivered by Scott: An awkward broken toilet was repaired with a creative solution that made it better-than-new, and an old ballcock was replaced.

"Bathroom leak promptly fixed"

We had a bathroom leak from the back of the toilet where the water pipe connects. Maintracts sent Paul within a couple of hours on the same day. Paul was friendly, quickly identified the issue and fixed it. He explained that we need to not use the bathroom for 24 hrs until the silicone seal has had time to set. There was an issue with the flush and he also fixed that by ordering a replacement button mechanism which was delivered by his colleague while he was on site. Excellent experience and would recommend!
