Had a bad experience working with Finance Factory/ Evrgreen Equity Partners.
Despite locking in the interest rate, they kept increasing it.
We were given false commitments for the closing day which was eventually pushed! Just a day before the closing, we were asking to pay 25% down instead of intial agreed 20% with an increased interest rate! Such a terrible experience all throughout.
