"Anxiety in Teenager"

I brought my daughter to see wendy as she was suffering with anxiety, low self esteem and lack of confidence which was impacted on her live and her behaviours at both school and home. Wendy helped us to recognise that a lot of it was as a consequence to her being bullied in primary school. Each time we have made progress and thought we were nearing the end something else cropped up in her home/personal life but Wendy was there each time and with patience, hard work and guidance I believe that I now have my loving, confident daughter back and that she is now in control of her anxiety and behaviours and this has also resulted in a closer bond between us all as a family unit.
