Great service all round. The facilities are excellent, clean, tidy, easy to access, lots of loading space, lifts work well & quickly, plenty of trolleys to use. Most importantly though is the staff; Cat and Brook, who are so helpful, obliging, friendly, and knowledgeable. I couldn't fault anything at all, and would recommend them to anyone.

"Be wary of long-term rentals with Storage King"

I took out a contract with this firm, was happy with the service to begin with, then after only being with them for four months they go and increase my rental charge. What a surprise! I wouldn't mind, but it is an additional £7.58 per month and there's not much I can do about it now as I'm abroad. There was me thinking Virgin Media were bad! What a con. Stick with a short-term agreement to avoid falling into this trap.
