A couple months ago my husband passed. Losing his income and me not finding a job in the field of study has made my heart sink. My future seemed doomed. I called and spoke with Jen Rosene, and she carefully explained the services and at what stage I be was at financial with my student loans, and I wanted to cry. She then helped me see that some of that debt could be forgiven in certain circumstances.
I did not know how I was going to live, or of I could afford to live anywhere.
