A Heritage toilet seat that I bought from them had to be returned because it wouldn't fit the pan. This was despite Heritage assuring me it would. I now have a full refund and all was dealt with very efficiently.

It is when things go wrong (even though it wasn't Plumbinbits fault) that you measure how good customer service is.

Delivery mishap says it was delivered according to the delivery company, but not arrived. Talked to PlumbingBits, they sent out a copy of original items ordered which was a big order of toilet doghnuts came a couple days later no problem thanks so much even though we know it was100% a courrier issue. "Replaced faulty goods"

I bought a Heritage soft close wc hinge which unfortunately developed a fault. After sending a video of the fault, PlumbinBits immediately contacted Heritage who agreed to send a replacement. Unfortunately this took some weeks to arrive and, after a few chases (hence 4 and not 5 stars) with Heritage still having not sent a new part to PlumbinBits, they agreed to send a new replacement rather than wait any longer. Overall a good service, marred slightly by the time delay.
