Bestellung nach über 15 Tagen nicht erhalten. Ein Herr OGÜN meldete sich per mail. Resonanz gleich Null. Ich rate 🆎 dort zu bestellen.

Having read a review of a vacuum cleaner I ordered it from Snapbuy.
The wrong item was delivered. I emailed them, filled in The return item form and tried calling. The phone line was in Germany and all in German.
Having received no response I reported the issue to PayPal. I was then offered the opportunity to return the item with a refund.
This cost me £6.50. I requested a refund as the error was theirs. I have heard nothing am not hopeful so I will never use them again.

I loved how simple it was to order and confident as i ordered on shop app cant wait to receive my order i got it 50% off to so win win after reading the review about this wonderful vacuum im so excited im fed up of my current vacuum spitting out dirt specially i after I cleaned it i will update once I receive my vacuum and give a full review

Ich habe mir ein Saugroboter bei Snapbuy bestellt mot 3 - 5 Tage Lieferzeit. Ich bekam sofort die Bestellbestätigung und das war es dann. Keine weitere Email zum Lieferstatus noch sonst eine Info. Nach 14 Tagen dachte ich frag mal nach. An der Hotline Wartezeit jenseits von gut und böse. Hatte dann nach 15 min aufgelegt um eine Email zu schreiben. Diese hatte ich mit Lesebestätigung abgeschickt. Nie gelesen oder weggedrückt. Nach erneuter Wartezeit von 3 Tagen dachte ich mir ich versuche es nochmal an der Hotline und warte so lange bis jemand abnimmt. Dies gelang mir auch nach 25 min Wartezeit. Der Mann am Telefon sagte mir dann das der Saugroboter nicht mehr lieferbar sei und man den Auftrag somit stornieren muss. Das schlimme ist das diese Firma es nicht einmal hinbekommt dem Kunden eine dementsprechende Email zu schicken. Das war schon sehr enttäuschend. Dem zufolge keine klare Empfehlung dort etwas zu bestellen.
