I cannot fault the service, quality of product, or free shipping as far as my order went, but it seems that so many of the popular brands are out of stock. Both of my items were out of stock at the time of ordering and one item which was due in on 3rd Jan 13 was delayed until the end of Jan. Fortunately, I was informed promptly via email of the delay and offered a refund for the delayed item. Great service, but I feel more stock may be required for some of the brands like Geo F Trumper.
