"Had product in stock when no one else did…"

Had product in stock that I wanted when no one else did. Responded to my email questions within a very reasonable time frame. Kept me informed about shipping regularly. Their price was a bit higher than anywhere else I could find for the same product and that's why four stars and not five. -However- they are located in the UK while I am in the U.S. so that may affect their pricing. I was told by several places the part was not being manufactured anymore so I was just thrilled they had what I wanted in stock.
