"Shocking"
Shocking. On ordering was given option of a 4 day window or specific date. As I would need a day off to be home I chose a specific date. On the morning of delivery I realised I had not had any contact about delivery so checked the website and my order was still being processed (10 days after order). Eventually managed to contact through live chat to be told the earliest they could deliver was following week which was too late. Apparently it was an IT issue which I doubt is true. Now waiting to see how long it will take for a full refund.....

I just had my first order from Homely and the service I got on the phone and by email was 💯% I had a table and chairs. Delivery was exceptional. I will buy again. Pricing is very good to and quality of product. I had to deliveries on the 2/4and 12/4/24. Thank you to all.

"Ridiculous system & customer service"
I placed an order on the 3rd March 2023 on Make It Homely website which is under Happy Beds; at the time I chose 24th March as the delivery date. Then after I paid for it, it popped up the window for delivery is 24th to 28th March. I thought this is still be the date I chose as when I buy it it allowed me to chose the specific date. Then today (23rd March) I have not yet received any tracking details for tomorrow's delivery yet, so I went to the tracking to check where is my order, then on the website it indicating that the delivery date is today; then I got very panic as I was not aware of this and I did not receive any delivery updates. Then I contacted the online chat and asked about my delivery, initially the advisor informed me:"Our tracking page is currently a work in progress, Make It Homely and Happy Beds orders are not linked. I can definitely confirm your order has been dispatched." So as I was told it is despatched so I contacted Panther to ask for any update on this, but Panther told me that they did not receive this. This is quite strange so I contacted the live chat again and she said she will have a look into it, then told me that:"Thank you for your patience, I do apologise the order has not linked from our payment system to the ordering system. I can confirm your order will be delivered by Tuesday the 28th as requested. You will receive further details from the courier accordingly the night before delivery with a 2 hour time slot." I told her that I have already booked it off tomorrow for this delivery but she insisted that it was a four days window delivery, and so on.... My frustration is that their system is not working properly so if I have not contact them to find out where is my order today, then I will be sitting around tomorrow for nothing. Also, if I did not contact them to ask for my order, this sofa may never have turned up as she say their payment system is not linked with the order system...... Which at the end, she did not agree to offer me for a free delivery on any Saturdays and I cannot take another day off... So I asked for a refund instead.....
If you said you are separated from Make It Homely, then why is Make It Homely website shared the same Trustpilot reviews? And There was not Make It Homely signed up on Trustpilot which you then you are lying on Make It Homely website!!!! Also it is the same customer advisor for both websites anyways....
