"Domain expired even when paying in advance"
I have spent over €1000 with the company. Unfortunately, a main business domain name was left to expire, after paying them well in advance for the domain renewal. I even messaged a month before the expiry and was assured everything would go through smoothly.
Our clients rely on services from the domain name, and the issue caused a severe outage. I asked for an explanation and emailed over 7 times for a response for over a month and still have not heard anything. They're blaming it on a partner company but I have no details on what went wrong.
We will be looking to move the domain to another provider.
Would not recommend EDC if you need your domain to stay active.
