MowWithUs was contacted, as requested by the manufacturer regarding Segway H800E (order No. 56298), error code 6005, wouldn’t enter charging station.

This was purchase this on 7th July 2023, so still within the three year warranty, as stated on MowWithUs own site.

MowWithUs was contacted multiple times by email, with no response, also contacted by phone, with the reply “I will pass this message onto the robotic team”, and of course no contact from this company.

MowWithUs has been reported to Trading Standards, as not only do they have a legal obligation to comply with Consumer Rights Act 2015, but the hope is also that this might help anyone else needing support from this disgraceful company in the future.
