The lead alarm handle is great not to big or clumsy.
I thought it was a retractable lead , that’s why I bought it in the first place , but me being me I didn’t read all the information and it dose say it’s only the handle, but I have kept it and just add a lead on it , if it was a retractable lead it would off been great ,

I am still waiting for my product what I ordered over a week ago, I have sent them a email, but not heard anything from them yet. I am still waiting still.

Course is ok, several pages of it being scans of a book, but customer service is dire. On completion of the course you have to request your certificate by email. I've sent two separate emails to this company now , using the address given at the end of the course and in over 3 weeks I've had no response at all. Wasted my money.
