Bought parts that showed up rusty which is costing me more money to get cleaned to use. Customer service defends the rust saying it's OK. Obviously once rust always rust unless it is earned properly.

Terrible customer service. Bought an item that wasn't correct. Still unused and packaged in original delivery box. Manager was rude and unhelpful. He then hung up on me intentionally, and rejected my call when I tried to call back. Just an unpleasant and unnecessary experience. Was a shame as I would have used this company in the future for their product line.
