"No company communication"

No company communication. I needed to ask them something about my order, I tried emailing, leaving messages on Facebook and ringing the number, but no response. After finally getting through to someone I was told my order wasn't in stock .
An email would of been nice !! When my items finally arrived one of them had damage . I haven't the energy to send it back , way too much hassle.

I tried contacting you by email to change the shipping address when your invoice came through. You ignored the email. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE!

"Crooks"

They are crooks. Purchased their 5in1 mop set. No pole attachment enclosed in box and have been chasing them to send pole from September. No replies to emails,tel no, even went to their premises. Friend also had same problem. Going to report them to the Trading Standards Office and also my credit card company to recover money.

"I bought 3 lamps and 1 came broken and…"

I bought 3 lamps and 1 came broken and the other 2 were the wrong lamp in the box. This happened in Feb 2023 and they told me they were waiting for stock, Despite messages they have not rectified the situation. there is no telephone number and they hardly answer emails
