"Exceptional Customer Service"

I ordered a WOLF Heritage Single Winder, online, in the early hours of Saturday 27th of July, and received a confirmation email immediately.
At 10:10 am on Monday I received another email informing me that my order had been dispatched. Then 10 minutes later, Alistair at 1010 Boutique, very kindly phoned to advise me not to expect next day delivery, as DHL informed him they do not provide that service to Northern Ireland.
I received my order next day, so well done DHL for that.
The following day, Alistair emailed me to express his surprise and pleasure that it had indeed arrived as originally planned.
In my opinion the customer service I have so far received from 1010 Boutique has been exceptional and I will not hesitate to recommend them and I will happily buy from them in the future.

Best price I could find for the wolf watch winder. Placed the order, got a call 5 mins later to advise of the delivery date and carrier, followewd by an email with the tracking details. Product arrived, packaging was brillant, outer box, with padding to protect the product box, which was very very high quality. Actual product is perfect, quality peice of kit. Husband loved it.
